Whether wanting a quick dessert or a simple breakfast smoothie, this recipe is the perfect combination to satisfy your sweet tooth naturally while keeping you full. If you would like a less filling, lighter version, just remove the oats or decrease the amount added!
· 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
· 2-3 shots of Espresso or ½ tsp instant coffee
· ½ tbsp Almond butter
· 2 tbsp Pumpkin puree
· 2 Medjool dates, pitted (or 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup)
· ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
· 1mL of your favorite Acrely Farms CBD Hemp Extract
· ⅓ cup oats
· Simple – add all ingredients and blend until smooth!
· If using oats, soak them for 2-3 hours to soften them for blending. Or combine all ingredients in the blender and place in the fridge overnight!
